I screwed up 36% of my teenage life.

[ ] Kissed someone before dating (Well, not in high school)
[ ] Gotten a phone taken away at school (phones weren't such a big thing back then)
[ ] Gotten suspended (no, but I did get kicked out of a class once for drawing on the blackboard)
[ ]Gotten caught chewing gum (even though I don't much like gum, it wasn't taboo to chew it at my high school)
[ ] Gotten caught cheating on a test (did it once; didn't get caught)
Total so far: 0
[x] Arrived late to class more than 5 times (I'm sure it happened...it's been too long to remember accurately though)
[x] Didn't do homework over 5 times (again...)
[ ] Turned at least 3 projects in late
[ ] Missed school just because you felt like it
[ ] Laughed so loud you got kicked out of class

[ ] Got your mom, dad, etc to get you out of school
[ ] Text people during class (I'm not sure texting existed back then...)

Help the Big Cats! =^. .^=

So as you may or may not know, I have a thing for cats, and greatly appreciate the animal sanctuaries that help the big ones which are hurt or that people have tried unsuccessfully to raise as pets and have ended up with nowhere to go...etc, etc, you get the idea. One such place, located in Florida, is called Big Cat Rescue. Well, I received their fall newsletter a few days ago, and it had in it an article about a 'sanctuary' in Indiana that was keeping cats in deplorable conditions, and apparently had been for years. The author of the article is at the moment fighting for animal rights, and trying to get the laws which govern these sanctuaries revised (At the moment, the laws are pretty lacking). She's gotten together a petition to aid in her cause, and I thought that the least I could do is sign it...but why not spread the word? After all, there's gotta be other animal lovers out there!
